Digital Munkey started in 2013 with one estate agent client in Kent and one promise — to do digital marketing properly for a sector that had been badly served by generalist agencies. Sixteen years later that promise still shapes everything we do.

One client, one idea
Founded in Kent to bring proper paid search and SEO to estate agents who were being short-changed by national agencies that did not understand their market.
A team and a discipline
Grew to a team of six, added social and content alongside paid and SEO, and started working with national developers as well as independent estate agents.
Beyond property
Built on the property foundations to take on ambitious brands in retail, B2B SaaS and consumer markets — applying the same senior-led, integrated model.

Still independent, still small on purpose, now with AI capabilities woven through every service and a property heritage that quietly underpins it all.
About Digital Munkey
Digital Munkey is an independent UK digital marketing agency. We have worked with property brands since 2013 — estate agents, letting agents, commercial teams, housebuilders, retirement-living operators and overseas property specialists. That sector heritage means we know the language buyers and vendors use, the regulation that shapes what agents can promise, and the seasonality that drives every campaign cycle. We bring the same senior-led approach to ambitious brands beyond property: the discipline travels well.
How we work with clients
Every engagement starts with a discovery conversation, a clear scope and an honest view of what is realistic. A senior strategist owns your account from day one — there is no agency hierarchy between you and the people doing the work. We share dashboards, decisions and learnings as the programme runs, and we tie reporting to commercial outcomes rather than vanity metrics. Most of our property clients have been with us for more than five years because the model genuinely works.
