These terms govern your use of the digitalmunkey.lovable.app website and any services we provide. They are written in plain English. Use of the site or our services means you accept them.
Use of the site
You may browse the site for personal and business purposes. You may not scrape, mirror, resell or redistribute any of the content without written permission. Copyright in all content belongs to Digital Munkey Ltd unless stated otherwise.
Services and contracts
Any services we deliver are governed by a separate signed statement of work, order confirmation or master services agreement. The website itself does not create a contract between us. Where a signed or written agreement sets out different terms, those terms take precedence for that specific engagement.
Ongoing services and notice period
Unless otherwise agreed in writing and stated in your signed statement of work or order confirmation, all ongoing services require three months' written notice to cancel, downgrade, pause or terminate. Notice must be given by email to hello@digitalmunkey.co.uk and is counted from the date we acknowledge receipt. This notice period applies to all recurring services, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, paid social, content marketing, social media management, website hosting, retainers and support. One-off projects, fixed-scope builds and campaign-specific work are governed by the milestone schedule and payment terms set out in the relevant agreement.
Liability
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on it. For service work, our liability is set out in the relevant signed agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site at any moment is the version that applies. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
