About Digital Munkey
Digital Munkey is an independent UK digital marketing agency. We have worked with property brands since 2013 — estate agents, letting agents, commercial teams, housebuilders, retirement-living operators and overseas property specialists. That sector heritage means we know the language buyers and vendors use, the regulation that shapes what agents can promise, and the seasonality that drives every campaign cycle. How we work with clients
Every engagement starts with a discovery conversation, a clear scope and an honest view of what is realistic. A senior strategist owns your account from day one — there is no agency hierarchy between you and the people doing the work. We share dashboards, decisions and learnings as the programme runs, and we tie reporting to commercial outcomes rather than vanity metrics. Most of our property clients have been with us for more than five years because the model genuinely works.
