BDM / Field Sales — Kent
We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager based in Kent to grow our client base across estate agency, lettings and developer marketing. This is a true senior role with realistic targets and a generous commission structure.
What you will do
Build a pipeline of senior contacts in property brands, run discovery meetings, present our programmes alongside the strategy team and close new business in the £30k–£250k annual range.
Who you are
You have at least five years selling marketing services, ideally with property sector experience. You are senior in style, comfortable in front of marketing directors and managing directors, and you do not need a script to close.
